Together with my colleague Honza Katolický, we teach coaches how to professionally coach teams. 

We also meet annually at the Eschola Summer School and occasionally at the Association of Integrative Coaches conference. In 2022, I presented Human Design in a workshop format for 40 participants at this event https://www.koucinkvpraxi.cz/9-koucink-v-praxi-2022/, which was so successful that it became the launching platform for personal design for the public.
